- IWUF (International Wushu Federation) Standardised Wushu Competition Straight Sword
- Blade is rigid coming from the hilt, with standard spine that adds to the sword’s strength without sacrificing flexibility. The last third of the blade is extremely flexible for maximum snap.
- Depending on sword length, weight is 380g to 420g approx. for easy maneuverability

The international governing body for Chinese Martial Arts competition, the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), has established standards for swords
in competition. If you are intending to compete, please make sure you are using a weapon that complies with the regulations.
For competition purposes, when performing standardised Straight Sword routines, the Sword tip should be no lower than the top of the ear when held in the left hand.

Currently, most Australian states do not require a permit for sword purchase and ownership however in Victoria you need to comply with the Control of Weapons Act 1990. For all Victorian purchases, you must provide us with a copy of your weapons permit/license and your current drivers license. These can be emailed to us at info@jinli.com.au. Failure to supply the necessary documentation will result in cancellation of your order.
