This class is a great way to start the day overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour. The class is conducted outside so make sure you wear appropriate
clothing. We usually train on The Deck at the front of the building facing out to the harbour.
If it is raining, don't worry!! We will re-locate to the Community Space in the Community Hub next door. However, make sure to arrive 10 minutes early
and wait on the North Wharf side of the building as access is via a security entrance facing out to Collins Street. If you are late please ring 0407 941
101 to gain admittance.
This class is a very social one, so if you have the time, make sure you join everyone for coffee afterward. You will be made extremely welcome.
If you are travelling by tram, the 11 and 48 terminate at the end of Collins Street, just 2 minutes walk from The Library at the Dock. If you are feeling
a bit more energetic you can always walk from Southern Cross Station (approximately 15 minutes).
