Tai Chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is literally an internal Chinese Martial Art that has been practiced in China since the 16th Century. Qigong is “Energy/Breath Work” that dates back thousands of years. They are a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent diseases associated with ageing. Our classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program for all Australians based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the best Sport Universities, Organisations and Professionals in China and Australia. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
